General Rules

1. Membership dues are due on the 2nd Saturday in April.
2. Official workdays are set as the 2nd Saturday in April, June and August. If a member fails to attend at least one (1) workday during the year, an additional fee will be charged to the member.
3. A vehicle permit is issued with membership, and will expire the 2nd Saturday in April the following year. Permit must be displayed on vehicle dashboard at all times while on lake property. Only 2 members vehicles (with permits displayed) allowed on the lower area. All other vehicles must be parked at top of hill.
4. 2 keys will be issued to each paid member and prior year keys must be returned. Lost keys can be replaced at an additional cost per key.  Duplicating keys and giving to non-members will result in loss of membership ZERO TOLERANCE.
5. Vehicles with boat trailers should not block boat ramp or boat launch area. Vehicles and trailers are subject to be towed at owners expense if necessary.
5. No alcoholic beverages allowed on lake property.
6. No open fires.
7. No camping.
8. No Parking is allowed at pavilions, loading and unloading only.
9. Swimming area is designated in the center of the dock. Boating area is designated to the right of the dock.
10. Out of respect for our neighbors, members and guests must remain on our property.  As an example, tents, chairs, and beach towels should only be setup on our beach and property.
11. Take your trash with you, littering can result in loss of membership.​
​12. GATE MUST BE LOCKED WHEN ENTERING AND LEAVING. This does not mean it can be left open while you go home or wait for guests.
