Starting in 2016, annual membership dues are as follows:

• Participate in two or more workdays = $60
• Participate in only one workday = $90
  
• No participation during the year = $120
  

*Widows or senior citizens are exempt from workday requirements
*New members must pay an application fee of $25 plus annual dues of $60 for the first year.

There are three annual work days (2nd Saturdays of April, June and August).  Failure to attend a workday, or volunteer for property cleanup on another day of your choice will result in paying the higher amount as indicated above. Typical workdays last a few hours between 8am and noon, sometimes shorter or longer depending on the work we're doing.  Typical work includes weed-eating, finish mowing, dock repair/maintenance or property improvements.

• You can pay using Paypal, please send payment to treasurer@crystalhomesites.com. If you are unsure about how much you owe, please email the board@crystalhomesites.com and someone will respond with the amount. Once payment has been completed you will receive an email confirmation within 24hours, and new keys and dash passes can be picked up from the front porch of 7354 SE 5th Ave, hardiboard house on the corner.

Who is eligible?

You must be a home or land owner within the subdivision of the Crystal Lake Homesites.  If you are unsure if your property qualifies, feel free to contact us for more information.
